Let\u2019s take a look at the deals negotiated before the start of the 2022\/23 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The longest contract handed out by the Thunderbirds was a whopping five-year deal. This is what they agreed with Wake:riat Bowhunter in September 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bowhunter was the club’s first-round pick in the 2022 draft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That duration is very unusual in the NLL. Indeed, I\u2019m not aware of another five-year contract signed in the lead-up to this season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
