When Corbeil declined, he entered free agency. Toronto Rock swooped for him in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the Rush were determined to tie down a good player. They placed the tag on Ryan Dilks and then made him captain for the new season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This puts Dilks in the highest earning bracket at the club.
